You’ll find Les Gets in the Portes du Soleil ski area, one of the world’s most vast, linking 12 French and Swiss resorts and 600 kilometres of slopes. Close to Geneva, this fun ski area knows no borders, just panoramic views to take your breath away.

At Les Gets you’ll be at the foot of the slopes, with easy access to the 120 kilometres of slopes that cross the pine forests and alpine pastures of the Les Gets-Morzine ski area. This winter playground offers a huge variety of skiing, from beginner slopes to technically challenging runs for the experts.

You’ll find the ultimate in great skiing at the Ranfoilly/Rosta sector higher up the mountain. Here, the postcard panoramas invite you to enjoy the sun at the picnic area of Les Nauchets, not forgetting to capture the moment with that all-important selfie on the Ranfoilly platform against the backdrop of the roof of Europe !

Then you can escape a little further, heading for Les Perrières, one of the resort’s entry points, or one of the other sectors that make up the overall ski area: Chamossière, Nyon, Pléney and Morzine !

Wintersport pleasures in Les Chavannes

Families find heaven in Les Chavannes. In the safety of the numerous family-friendly fun areas, everyone can enjoy the pleasures of skiing while progressing at their own pace. There’s the beginner area of Les Mappys, the Grand Cry Indian village, the video totem, the mini-boarder video, the purple Milka® slope, the snowpark, the boardercross slope, the timed parallel slalom… and at the foot of the slopes, the Bankids area and the nursery ski school for the family’s youngest members.

Les Gets resort has always given particular attention to welcoming families.

You will appreciate the many activities for your children, on the slopes as well as in the village: the Grand Cry area, the toboggan runs, the “La Bankids” playground, the ice rink, electric snowmobiles…

Ski touring or nordic skiing : sensations of infinite freedom

Experienced skiers will enjoy the remoteness of the Mont Chéry sector with its challenging slopes and 360° panoramic view over the Mont Blanc mountain range and the summits stretching across the border to Switzerland.

Ski touring enthusiasts can cover a 600-metre elevation gain on a safe, waymarked trail reserved just for them, starting from the village.

Nordic skiing lovers can practise their favourite nordic activity on several marked itineraries on the slopes of Mont-Chéry and Les Chavannes.
