The new premises of the Maison des Gets

The project, initiated about ten years ago, addressed customer needs such as facilitating visitor flow, improving accessibility for people with disabilities, modernizing communication tools, optimizing customer pathways, and easing movement, as well as addressing employee needs such as improving workstations, creating storage, office, and meeting spaces, and setting up a dining and rest area.

Une attention particulière a été apportée à l’ergonomie des espaces et à l’éco-aménagement. Au-delà des matériaux nobles utilisés comme le bois et la pierre, les efforts ont porté sur l’isolation des murs et des sols, le confort thermique et acoustique, au service de la qualité de service et d’accueil. L’accueil de Les Gets Tourisme propose ainsi désormais des espaces d’information et d’échange chaleureux et cohérents, dotés d’une décoration alpine moderne et harmonieuse.

Thirteen local and regional companies worked on this project, with project management entrusted to the DELERCE Architectures studio. The total budget amounted to €1,200,000 excluding VAT, funded by the Municipality of Les Gets.

The construction lasted 8 months, from April to December 2024, and was completed in time for the Christmas holidays of 2024.
