El Chaltén is a place where one finds authentic Argentinian flavours, as also varied and quality food. Our empanadas are oven-baked to perfection and filled with quality, fresh ingredients.
El Chaltén is born from a dream that we have taken to various parts of the world over the course of some years, but which has finally taken roots in this beautiful Savoyard village.
Our empanadas are based on traditional recipes and family secrets that we have re-worked and adapted along our travels. Empanadas are perfect for sharing great moments with the family or between friends, be it at home or lakeside, on a mountain peak, or at the beach… no need for plates, knives or forks.
