➡️ Race Number Collection
You can collect your race number on race day, Saturday, 18 January 2025, at the Salle de La Colombière (2813 Rte des Grandes Alpes, 74260 Les Gets) between 08:30 and 18:00, upon presentation of proof of identity.
Your race number can also be collected by a third party, provided they present proof of identity.
If your registration is marked as incomplete, please provide a valid FFA license or PPS certificate, which can be obtained from the athle.fr website.
For your information, your entry for the adult courses includes: a finisher’s medal, a participant’s gift, course security and assistance, as well as the post-race meal.
The meal will be served from 8:00 PM, also at the Colombière hall.
🚰 Refuelling
Refreshments will be both liquid and solid. They may be distributed individually when participants collect their numbers and/or be available on the course depending on the health regulations in force at the time.
Refreshments will also be available at the finish area.
Personal refreshments by a support team are not permitted in the official refreshment zones.
❌ Insurance and cancellation
Participants with a licence are covered by their own licence.
Non-licensed participants are advised to take out personal accident insurance to cover any search and rescue costs in France. Such insurance can be taken out with any organiser of the competitor’s choice, and in particular with the Fédération Française d’Athlétisme.
If the race is cancelled due to force majeure or for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, participants will be entitled to :
➡️ Postponement of their registration for the Trail des Gets 2026,
➡️ or a refund of their entry fee for the Trail des Gets 2025. Only the registration fee will not be reimbursed.
🧑🤝🧑 Accompanying person
Come along and share the post-race meal!
Meals for accompanying persons are available for €15 when you register.
You don’t necessarily need a race number to book your meal.
Reservations must be made 15 days before the start date.
